MPEG TS Stream Info Detection

The StreamMonitor application is capable of automatically detecting MPEG-TS stream parameters. This detection process is triggered automatically when a stream starts and after every timeout event, once stream processing resumes. Additionally, users have the option to manually initiate the detection process at any time, providing flexibility to verify or update stream parameters as needed.
