Video pattern generator

The Pattern Generator Mode in StanagProcessor allows users to generate synthetic video streams for system testing, integration, and debugging. These video patterns can be encoded with customizable resolutions, codecs, bitrates, and can include overlays such as timestamps and frame counters. Additionally, MISB KLV metadata can be inserted, ensuring STANAG 4609 compatibility.
