Using STD0903 Converter to decode a data buffer that contains a VMTI packet (C++).

This is an example of STD0903 Converter usage for VMTI data decoding. This code snippet demonstrates how to decode a data buffer with the VMTI information into a VMTI_Packet object.

• Add references to STD0903ConvLib.dll and lib files, include a header file.

• Decode the data buffer and fill the VMTI_Packet object.
