UAVideo Player uses (by default) a Direct Show decoder installed in your PC. For example, Windows 7 has MPEG2 and H.264 decoders built in. It is possible to pre-configure the Player so it will use another decoder (must be installed on the PC). For example, you can use an FFDShow decoder, ImpleoTV decoder or any 3rd party Direct Show decoder (configurable by ClsId).

Note: You must have decoder installed and registered in order to use it.
