Metadata ingest.

When in a File mode, StPlayer automatically ingests metadata information to allow Geo-related queries. If the stream has multiple Klv pids, all of them are ingested. The geo queries will be performed on the selected pid.

It does not make much sense to ingest all the metadata for big files - it takes time and space and makes qeo queries/calculations time-consuming. It is possible to sample the metadata by defining a min interval (in ms) between the packets.
