MISMMS/ST0601 Packet Identity

This MISB ST 0902 structural rule checks that a claimed MISMMS stream is actually carried in decodable MISB ST 0601 packets.

What This Test Does

The rule scans the claimed KLV stream and looks for at least one decodable MISB ST 0601 packet with the expected ST 0601 universal label:

06 0E 2B 34 02 0B 01 01 0E 01 03 01 01 00 00 00

✅ Pass Criteria

The test passes when each claimed MISMMS stream contains a decodable MISB ST 0601 packet with the expected ST 0601 universal label.

❌ Fail Criteria

The test fails when a claimed MISMMS stream never yields a decodable MISB ST 0601 packet with the expected ST 0601 universal label.

Notes

This rule reuses the same raw packet evidence as the MISB ST 0601 Universal Key rule, but it is evaluated under MISB ST 0902 conformance.
