Per-packet ST 0601 Core Items

This MISB ST 0902 structural rule checks that each claimed MISMMS packet preserves the inherited ST 0601 core-item requirements.

What This Test Does​

For every decoded claimed MISMMS packet, the rule requires:

  • Tag 2: Precision Time Stamp
  • Tag 65: UAS Datalink LS Version Number
  • Tag 1: Checksum

Tag 2 must be the first local-set item, and Tag 1 must be the final local-set item.

✅ Pass Criteria​

The test passes when every claimed MISMMS packet contains Tag 2, Tag 65, and Tag 1, with Tag 2 first and Tag 1 last.

❌ Fail Criteria​

The test fails when any claimed MISMMS packet is missing one of the required tags, Tag 2 is not first, Tag 1 is not last, or the packet cannot be decoded well enough to evaluate the rule.

Notes​

This rule reuses the same decoded packet evidence as the MISB ST 0601 Mandatory Fields test, but reports it under MISB ST 0902 conformance.
