MISMMS Advisory 10-second Constant-item Cadence

This MISB ST 0902 temporal rule provides an advisory check for constant-item cadence using MISB ST 0601 Tag 2 timestamps.

The rule watches these commonly constant items:

  • Tag 3: Mission ID
  • Tag 10: Platform Designation
  • Tag 11: Image Source Sensor
  • Tag 12: Image Coordinate System
  • Tag 94: Motion Imagery Core Identifier

The rule warns when any of these items goes longer than 10 seconds without a non-zero-length report.

This rule is warning-only because the 10-second cadence guidance is informative rather than normative.
