VMTI Field Dependencies

This semantic rule validates MISB ST 0903 dependency checks between target counts, frame dimensions, references, and tracker timestamps.

What This Test Does

The rule checks relationships such as:

• Tag 6 NumTargetsReported matching the number of Tag 101 target series items
• Tag 6 not exceeding Tag 5 TotalNumTargetsDetected
• pixel-space target fields requiring both Tag 8 FrameWidth and Tag 9 FrameHeight
• target and tracker algorithm references matching top-level algorithm definitions
• object and feature ontology references matching top-level ontology definitions
• tracker latest-observation time not moving before tracker first-observation time

✅ Pass Criteria

The test passes when all detected MISB ST 0903 VMTI local sets satisfy the required internal consistency checks.

❌ Fail Criteria

The test fails when any target count, reference, frame-dimension dependency, or tracker time relationship is inconsistent.
