It is generally recommended to use the StCore setup provided with the SDK to ensure a smooth and reliable filters installation.
If the customer still wishes to install the filters manually, here is an updated list of steps they can follow:
- Close any open player or other ImpleoTV software, as these may be using DirectShow and could cause conflicts during the installation process.
- Copy the filters and other binaries from C:\Program Files\ImpleoTV\StCore\Filters
