Using STD0903 Converter to create a VMTI packet and get a data buffer (C#).

This is an example of STD0903 Converter usage for VMTI packet creation in .NEt (C#). This code snippet demonstrates how to create an VMTI packet, set Local Data Set parameters, add VTargetSeries and encode it (get a byte array).

• Add references to STD0903ConvWr.dll and a corresponding namespace

• Create STD0903ConvLib instance.
