Timing Configuration.
There are 3 Timing Processing modes
- Original Timestamp
- Current Time
- Initial Time

Original Timestamp mode uses an original Timestamp found in the incoming packet.

- If Min Interval condition is met and no original packets have arrived, a current time is be used to generate a timestamp.
Current Time mode uses a PC clock to generate a timestamp.
Initial Time mode allows you to setup an initial timestamp.

- The above settings only make sense with Live network source stream, so they are disabled during offline File injection.
